DIY Candy Corn Painted Bottles

This Halloween decorating idea is brilliant for two reasons. It's so simple and eye popping. And it gives you a fun way to recyle all those empties. I used the 1.5L wine bottles, but you can use any size or mix and match. Just paint the bottle all white, then layer on the colors starting with orange, then yellow. You could wait for the individual colors to dry and mask them off, but I think the slight differences give a much prettier effect. Try adding glow sticks at night for a trick or treat glow! Line the driveway with glowing bottles to guide the goblins to your door. Or mix it up by replacing the yellow with brown like the chocolate candy corn (my fav!).
